Carmen D. Sinigiani is an associate attorney with DeMeo DeMeo & West.  A native Sonoma County resident, Ms. Sinigiani is a graduate of our local Empire Law School, where she was a founding board member of the Empire Law Review.  Ms. Sinigiani is also a member of the board for the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa.
